Delivery Conditions

1. Coventry City Council aims to post all products within 3-5 working days. Please allow at least 5 working days before calling Tel: 024 7622 5616 with your order number.

2. Delivery charges apply to all orders unless otherwise stated. Fees charged based on current Royal Mail postage rates.

3. Coventry City Council does not accept responsibility for products that are lost or stolen.

4. If a refund is required for your purchases the postage paid will not be refunded. A refund will only be given if product(s) are in the same condition as when posted, unless otherwise stated.
